The chief enlisted manager (Chief) is a key part of the triangle that oversees Flag Detail and the Academic Division. Based on feedback from enlisted cadets, the cadet in this position creates ideas they can present to Command Staff. The Chief helps enlisted and officers work together and maintain the well-being of the corps.

Attend Command Staff meetings
prepare meeting room

post meeting minutes
Assist the Deputy Corps Commander in tracking the completion of staff tasks
Ensure all flight sergeants carry out their responsibilities
Set the example in dress and grooming standards
Serve as the spokesperson on Command Staff for all enlisted cadets
