The Operations division oversees and regulates TX-200010 Honor Guard to ensure the success at each event. They are in charge of all team commanders and have a deep understanding of drill regulations for various teams. Cadets in these job positions coordinate practices, organize specific team involvement such as color guard or sabre, and lead the group in Honor Guard competitions to bring the unit toward victory.
Provide information to PA officers for the corps, school, and community publications/media
Recommend team commanders to the CC
Establish and track team training schedules
Ensure compliance with drill/ceremonies procedures and drill competition requirements
Prepare teams for competitions
Develop a team selection procedure to select competition team members
Track team member attendance at practice and drill competitions
Coordinate team participation in the drill competitions
