At Central Cabarrus High School, the STEM Portfolio is more than a collection of assignments—it is a reflection of each student’s unique STEM journey. Designed to help students explore their interests, recognize their growth, and celebrate their accomplishments, the portfolio provides a meaningful way for students to document their experiences and prepare for life beyond high school.

Throughout their high school experience, students build their portfolios through hands-on STEM experiences, outstanding projects, volunteer service, STEM career conversations, job shadowing, and employability skills development. These opportunities encourage students to connect classroom learning to real-world applications while discovering how their strengths and interests align with future educational and career possibilities.

By their senior year, students bring these experiences together in a digital portfolio that highlights their skills, achievements, personal growth, and readiness for the next step.
