for our simply stories case study, we had to interveiw someone. I chose my neighbor, Heather, because she has had an very interesting life - pilot and war veteran are just two of the things she has done.
Questions:
What part of the story you heard as you did your interview did you find most meaningful or important?
I think that the fact that Heather knows that anyone can do anything
and helps people keep beliving that they can do anything, because its true.
What would you do differently if you had the chance?
I think that the interveiw went pretty smoothly. I would not change anything.

What did you conclude after doing your food research?
There are many secrets about food that people deserve to know.
What was the most important fact you learned?
I think that I hated finding out how cows are raised, but it is a important thing to know about.
What do you want to know more about?
I think that I want to know more about is proscessing food. not that it's interesting and exiting, but we should know more about where our food comes from.
