Expectations

While each classroom has its own procedures in place in order to run smoothly, all of our expectations for behavior can be covered with three simple rules:

Be Respectful and Kind

No bullying. Wildcats respect others, themselves, and school property. They never use put-downs.

Be Responsible

Wildcats follow directions and make good choices in all areas of the school building and at recess.

Be Ready to Learn

Wildcats stop, look, and listen when they see an adult raise his or her hand. Wildcats are focused when their teacher is teaching.

Mount Lebanon follows the Second Step SEL & Bullying Prevention Program. Our classes will have meetings and many discussions about what bullying looks like and how we can prevent this behavior in our school and community. If you have any concerns about bullying, please notify a teacher as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary steps to help!
