The Belmont Eastmont Hearthstone Community Council (BEHCC) is one of the oldest neighborhood associations in the City of Dayton.  BEHCC offers residents an opportunity to become involved in advocating for their neighborhoods and completing work that help make the area attractive to new and existing families.   

This work of the BEHCC includes holiday celebrations, a community garden, Belmont Days, murals, and many other tasks that promote the three neighborhoods and build a bond between neighbors. 

BEHCC collaborates with the Belmont Business Association officials at the third Wednesday of the month meetings for joint planning.  BEHCC also works with the Belmont Historical Society and the Belmont United Methodist Church on many projects.  

Meetings are usually held at the Southeast Branch of the Dayton Metro Library at 21 Watervliet Ave Dayton, OH 45420 on the third Monday of each month.  Please visit our Facebook page for more information about upcoming meetings and events.
