Three Caring Communities
The Belmont Eastmont Hearthstone communities provide attractive, quality housing in quiet neighborhoods.
The three caring communities are anchored by the Southeast Branch of the Dayton Metro Library shown in the photo to the left. Nestled in the three communities is the Belmont Business District, which has more than 80 stores, offices, and restaurants.

Each of the residential areas has an array of homes at different price points to meet the needs of growing families, young professionals, and seniors.
The Belmont, Eastmont and Hearthstone areas are also home to the new Belmont High School--the Bisons!. Other near schools are Wright Brothers Middle School, Eastmont Elementary and Horace Mann Elementary.
The Watervliet and Wilmington area near the high school and library also houses 10 Wilmington Place, a retirement home for seniors. Nearby is the Ohio Hospice of Dayton.
The Belmont, Eastmont, and Hearthstone neighborhoods are within a few miles of three institutions of higher education.
University of Dayton is the number one Catholic University for Engineering Research and Development and has 11,770 students in undergraduate, graduate, doctorate, and law school programs.
The neighborhoods are also close to Wright State University, a public university which 160 undergraduate degrees and 155 graduate degrees, including the Boonshoft School of Medicine.
For students interested in a community college experience following high school, the neighborhoods are also very close to Sinclair Community College. Sinclair offers 300 associate degrees and certificates, which are crucial to individuals beginning their college degrees or individuals interested in earning additional workforce credentials.
Belmont, Eastmont, and Hearthstone offer quality affordable housing within minutes of downtown Dayton and also Wright Patterson Airforce Base. Individuals are also close to the two largest healthcare employers, Premier Health and Kettering Health.
