Stasia Roth is the Founder and Executive Director of A Mother’s Hope. Stasia is responsible for A Mother’s Hope overall. She collaborates with staff on admission and programming decisions as well as provides administrative oversight to ensure A Mother’s Hope stays true to its mission and is financially secure. Her goal is to make A Mother’s Hope a positive experience for every woman, baby, staff member and volunteer. She works primarily on site and is actively involved in all aspects of A Mother’s Hope.

Stasia is a member of the Prenatal and Infant Care Network, Fort Wayne Housing Authority Community Partners, Fort Wayne Planning Council on Homelessness, System of Care Allen County, National Maternity Housing Coalition, and Footprints Fort Wayne which is focused on reducing infant mortality in Allen County. Stasia lives in Fort Wayne, with her husband of 19 years, three children and two cats, Smokey and Bandit. Her favorite part of A Mother’s Hope Program is witnessing the change in each resident’s outlook for her future – going from hopeless to filled with hope for something she never imagined her life could be.

LaTasha started her journey at A Mother's Hope on May 17, 2021. As Case Manager, her main role is to provide support and guidance to each resident during her time here and to encourage program participation and accountability. Utilizing a strength-based and trauma-informed approach, she assists each resident in developing and accomplishing SMART goals to improve the lives of her and her baby. She assists, encourages, and advocates for all residents to regain their power, self-worth, and autonomy. She comments, "What I do is not work for me. It is my passion and my calling. Every day that He allows me to open my eyes and take another breath is confirmation that I must continue with the work that He has set out for me to do."

Natalie Kohrman

In 2015, Natalie became the first Board Chair for A Mother's Hope. Since then, she and her husband, Steve, have been ardent supporters. She officially joined the staff in March of 2021. Natalie works mainly in the areas of fundraising and development, volunteer coordination, and business management. She and Steve live in Fort Wayne and have seven children.
