For many of our residents, this is all they need to move their lives forward in the right direction. I am blessed to work at a place that allows me to encourage and guide women to become the best version of themselves, and, therefore, create better lives for their babies. "My why for being here at AMH is my prayer being answered. I've always wanted to have the opportunity to 'have my cake and eat it too,' and that's what I get here at AMH. I'm able to serve others while providing for my livelihood. That's not work. That's being on purpose. AMH gives me the opportunity to put into practice what I say I believe. I go to work everyday with the mindset that 'I might be the only Jesus that they see,' so I have to consciously be mindful of my character at all times to function and respond by asking myself WWJD (what would Jesus do?). Unconditional love, support, and guidance (that's what Jesus does) will have a lasting positive impact on anyone that gives and or receives it. I'm honored that my life's journey has prepared me for such a time as this!"
