A Baby's Closet - A program run by Associated Churches of Fort Wayne and Allen County provides opportunities to earn essential baby items
AIM Services - Angels in Motion - Breaks down transportation barriers by providing the opportunity for our residents to purchase donated cars with a low manageable payment plan
A Hope Center - A limited medical clinic offering free services such as pregnancy and STD testing; referral source
Catholic Charities – Offers an array of programs and services, and provides support in creative ways
Christ Child Society – Provides layettes to all of our new moms that include baby clothing, and other newborn essentials
Community Harvest Food Bank – Provides a good portion of healthy food for our residents
Cross Border Partners- Provides necessary clothing, household items and other essential items for our residents
Crosswinds Counseling – Provides on-site counseling
Dress For Success – Offers a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life
Fort Wayne Housing Authority – Partners to provide safe, quality, affordable housing
Healthier Moms and Babies – Regularly meets with pregnant residents to empower them with education, support, and tools to have healthier pregnancies and births; referral source
Healthy Families (SCAN) - Regularly meets with post-partum residents to offer support and provide assistance and information on topics such as child development, parent-child interaction and bonding, well child visits and developing family goals
Ivy Tech – Counsels and encourages residents in regards to their educational goals through their Community Outreach Program
Jennifer's Harbor- Teaches their 12-week program dedicated to healing after abuse on-site
Just Neighbors - Partners as an emergency shelter and as a referral source
LSSI Works - LSSI (Lasting Stability and Success for Individuals) Works is a workforce initiative by Lutheran Social Services of Indiana committed to providing students personal and professional skills to help them find a career, not just a job
Martha's Closet - Ministry of Lighthouse Church - Provides necessary clothing and other essential items for our residents
McMillen Health - Provides vital, effective preventive health education that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being
Mustard Seed - Provides furniture as our residents complete our program and move on to permanent housing
Neighborhood Health Clinic - Offers medical, dental, optometry, WIC, social services, and insurance enrollment; offers sliding fee scale services if uninsured
Parkview Community Partner Development Center – Provides staff training and support; specifically on mental health, cultural sensitivity, and working with vulnerable populations
Parkview Health – Teaches Safe Sleep classes, provides pack and plays, presents smoking cessation initiative, and provides support through the Parkview Community Nursing program
Prenatal and Infant Care Network - Provides education, training, and resources for our staff
Purdue Extension Office - Provides residents education, cooking, and nutrition class on-site
Safe Families for Children - Keeps families together by providing respite care for children during times of great need
St. Joseph Community Health Foundation - HEAL - Healthy Eating Active Living - Provides program on-site to promote healthy eating, cooking, and lifestyle
Vincent Village - Provides opportunities for our residents to transition into permanent housing while continuing needed services; referral source
Women's Care Center - Provides free, confidential counseling, support and education to pregnant women; referral source
Work One - Provides classes to expand career readiness skills and offer excellent job referrals
WIC - Provides pregnant women and young children vouchers for nutritional food as well as health education and breastfeeding support
YWCA - Teaches a series of domestic violence classes on-site
