Pre-op: Pelvic and Bilateral Hip Radiograph

Indication:
Evaluation following fall with suspected left hip fracture.

Technique:
Anteroposterior (AP) view of the pelvis and bilateral hips.

Findings:

• The right hip joint appears intact, with no evidence of fracture or dislocation.

• The left hip demonstrates evidence of a displaced fracture involving the femoral neck.

• Surrounding soft tissue structures appear unremarkable.

• No radiographic evidence of acute infection or dislocation.
  
  

Impression:
Displaced left femoral neck fracture. Recommend orthopedic consultation and further evaluation for surgical intervention.
