Lisinopril 10mg PO Daily
Acetaminophen 1g PO q6h PRN for pain 1-4/10
Oxycodone 5mg PO q4h PRN for pain 5-8/10
Enoxaparin 40mg subcutaneously daily
Cefazolin 1g IVPB q8h for 24 hours
Physical therapy to assist with ambulation starting post-op day 1
Diet: Clear liquids progressing as tolerated
Bed rest with gradual mobilization
