Lungs: Clear lung fields with no focal consolidation, effusion, or pneumothorax. No evidence of pulmonary edema.
Airways: Trachea is midline.
Heart and Mediastinum: Normal size and contour. No widening of mediastinum.
Bony Structures: No rib fractures or acute bony abnormalities noted.
Soft Tissues: Mild soft tissue swelling noted in the upper airway region.
Impression:
No acute cardiopulmonary process identified.
Findings are consistent with airway edema without evidence of aspiration or pneumonia.
Clinical correlation recommended for diagnosis of anaphylaxis.
