Oxygen therapy via non-rebreather mask at 15 L/min.
Establish two large-bore IV
Normal Saline 1,000 mL IV bolus over 15–20 minutes. May repeat x1 if MAP <65
Diphenhydramine 50 mg IV push stat
Methylprednisolone 125 mg IV push stat
Albuterol nebulizer treatment 2.5 mg/3 mL PRN for wheezing
Continuous cardiac and pulse oximetry monitoring
