Treatment Provided:
Bronchodilator Therapy:
Administered Albuterol 2.5 mg via nebulizer.
Patient tolerated treatment, but reported mild shakiness afterward.
Oxygen Therapy:
Continued oxygen at 4 L/min via nasal cannula.
Titration attempted; oxygen saturation remained above 92% on current settings.
Pulmonary Hygiene:
Provided instruction and encouragement for incentive spirometer use (10 times per hour while awake).
Educated patient on techniques for deep breathing and coughing to clear secretions.
