Indication:
Evaluation of postoperative status following left total hip arthroplasty.

Technique:
Anteroposterior (AP) view of the pelvis and bilateral hips.

Findings:

• Left hip demonstrates presence of a prosthetic femoral head and stem, securely fixed within the femoral canal.

• No evidence of dislocation or hardware malfunction.

• Soft tissue planes appear unremarkable.

• Right hip remains intact with no evidence of fracture or degeneration

• No acute radiographic abnormalities identified.

Impression:
Postoperative left total hip arthroplasty in satisfactory alignment with no complications identified. Continue with standard postoperative care and monitoring.
