Composition: Chairman and members as needed.
Prepare a memo/letter concerning the State Membership Directory for distribution to each of the state's chapters at the State Leadership Training Workshop and to be placed on the Tennessee website.
Secure lists of the state officers; state committee chairmen; each chapter's membership, and other useful information from the State President, International Headquarters, and other appropriate sources.
Issue the Directory in digital format to each member of the Tennessee Executive Board, all Committee Chairs, Past State Presidents, and one (1) digital copy of the State Membership Directory to each of the state's chapters during the first year of the biennium.
Keep digital master roster of membership up-to-date.
If requested, prepare mailing labels for or email formatted addresses to the State President, Executive Board Members or Committee Chairmen for necessary communication.
