Composition: The Vice President for Membership will serve as Chairman; other members shall be the State President, State President-Elect, Immediate Past State President and the three District Vice Presidents.
Compile a list/packet of ideas and/or tips in support of recruiting, reinstating, and retaining members. The material to be distributed to each of the state's chapters at the State Leadership Training Workshop and to be placed on the TN website.
Conduct an analysis of existing chapter membership numbers, i.e. attendance, transfers, the Chapter Membership Chairmen. Guidance and assistance to chapter leadership will be based on this analysis.
Evaluate the possibility of sponsoring new chapters and provide necessary support with assistance of the committee and International Headquarters.
