Who is Kamala Harris?

Kamala Harris is the first Asian-American and African-American woman vice president. She was born on October 20, 1964, in Oakland, California. Harris attended Westmount High School in Quebec. She went back to the States and went to Howard University in Washington D.C. Then, she enrolled at the University of California. Harris started her career as a deputy district attorney in Alameda County. She later managed the career of the Career Criminal Unit in the San Francisco District Attorney's Office in 1998. In November 2016, Harris handily defeated Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez for a U.S. In The Senate seat, she became the first South Asian American to enter the Senate.

A: I think that she’s a very cool 56 year old.

A: She’s our vice president and she’s the first Asian and first African American female vice president.

A: I think she is very nice, also a very good speaker and leader.

A: She’s Asian and African American, she lived in the bay/ Oakland, she has a niece.

Q: What are your personal thoughts about Kamala Harris?

A: I think of Kamala Harris as an inspiration for a lot of people of color and also women all around the world since she’s gotten to where she is now being a person of color.


Q: What do you know about Kamala Harris?

A: I don’t know much about Kamala Harris besides the fact that she’s our vice president that’s the first woman, and first person of color, to be in that position.

What is an Election Day?

Election Day is a day where you vote who is 2020 President. Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2020, which means you can vote for Donald Trump or Joe Biden. Registration deadlines Online: Oct. 19, By mail: Postmarked by Oct. 19, In-person: Nov 3, Absentee ballot deadlines, Request: Oct. 27, Return by mail: Postmarked by Nov. 3, Return in person: Nov. 3 by 8:00 p.m. Here are the Election day Polls from CNN for Joe Biden 53% and Donald Trump is 42%. It’s Monday, Oct. 19. The election is in 15 days.

President Trump is likely to spend most of the week firing up crowds of supporters, while Joe Biden is expected to focus on preparing for the debate.
