1. Browse to https://powerschool.aisj-jhb.com/public/ 

2. Click on Forgot Username or Password 

3. Select "Forgot Password" and enter your username and email address

4. If you can't recall your username, select the option "Forgot Username" then enter your username and click enter

5. If everything was entered correctly, you will receive an email with your username or a link to reset your password
