First time Login and Password Reset
First time Login and Password Reset
If you have forgotten your password or are logging in for the first time and need to set your credentials, follow these steps to reset your EduPass password:
Navigate to the Login Page: Go to the official EduPass portal at https://edupassid.io/login.
Select 'Forgot Password': On the sign-in screen, click the "Forgot password?" link.
Enter Your Registered Email: Input the primary email address you have registered with AISJ.
Check Your Email Inbox: Look for a transactional password reset email sent from noreply@edupassid.io
Note: If you do not see the email in your primary inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.Set Your New Password: Click the secure password reset link provided in the email, enter your new password, and save it.
Log In: Return to the EduPass login page and sign in using your email address and your newly created password.
