Reset Password on AISJ MAC

1. Visit https://password.aisj-jhb.com

2. You might be asked to select which Google account you want to sign in with, please select your AISJ account

3. If you have not enrolled in Password Self Service yet, you will see a pop-up to enroll. Click on the button "Click Here"

3. • Select your security questions and type in the answers

   • Click "Next"

4. Click on the tab called "Change Password"

5. Type your old password, then type your new password and confirm

5. • Pay attention to the password rules listed at the bottom

   • Press the "Change Password Button"

   • Allow a few moments for the settings to apply

   • You will see a pop up stating Password change successful

   • Click on the "Close" button

6. Your password is now changed successfully and you can now use this password for all your AISJ accounts

7. Upon a successful reset, your Google account will sign you out and you will have to re-sign in.

8. You will still need to use your old password to log in to your laptop if you are not on campus.

Additional steps if you are on Campus (These steps will sync your passwords so that your laptop has the same password as your AISJ account):

1. Restart your laptop.

2. Sign in to the laptop with your old password.

3. You should now be automatically prompted to log into the AISJ-JHB Wi-Fi. If you are not prompted, select the AISJ-JHB Wi-Fi.

4. When prompted, sign into the AISJ-JHB Wi-Fi by entering your username and the new password you just created.

5. If already signed into Nomad, sign out,

6. Sign back into Nomad by entering your username and the new password you just created.

7. When signing in, Nomad will prompt you to sync your passwords, enter your old password when prompted and click sync. This will update your laptop password so that it is the same as your new network password.

Reset Password on AISJ PC
