COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL FOR PARENTS
AIS aims to foster an environment where parent participation is encouraged. Our primary concern is the well-being and education of all our students. Communication between students, parents/guardian and staff is an important part of education. The School is committed to providing open, respectful and honest communication with parents.

For communication regarding Wellbeing or General holistic nature, please follow the procedure below:
For communication regarding Teaching & Learning (eg your child’s academic performance, assessments, curriculum issues, classroom management concerns), please follow the procedure below:
For concerns of an administrative nature, e.g. accounts, uniform, health care, catering, information technology, marketing and communication please contact the relevant department.
