Communication

There are a number of ways that parents and students can communicate with their teachers whilst undertaking home learning.

These include:

Each student will have 5 x 15min small group lessons with their class teacher each week. (Parent/Caregiver to be present with their child)
These daily meetings will be conducted using Google Meet.
Parents can email their questions to the teacher. Teachers will respond to emails with 24 hours.
Teachers will communicate with parents using:
- Storypark
- Scheduled small group daily class meetings using Google Meet
- Email

Daily Class Meetings

The daily class meetings will be held using Google Meet. Your teacher will share the class link with you via email on Monday 13th April. Parents can elect to join all 5 meetings each week.

Check your scheduled time on email. If the timing does not work please contact your child's class teacher.
Give the website permission to use your camera and microphone.
Join the virtual classroom only at the scheduled time. The class teacher will invite you into the room.

If you would like an interview with one of your child's classroom teacher or specialist teachers please contact them via email to arrange a time.
