Temperature-Controlled Cargo
The shipment and acceptance of temperature-sensitive cargo is subject to the availability of appropriate facilities at each Teleport station.
Teleport shall accept the shipment that is documented and prepared in accordance with IATA Temperature Control Regulations. All required documents such as permits, certificates or other documentation shall be made available for the state customs, health or other authorities.
All requirements in the current edition of IATA Acceptance Checklist for Time and Temperature Sensitive Healthcare Shipments should be met, to ensure that clear instructions are provided on the required temperature range during transportation.
The transportation of time- and temperature-sensitive cargo must be handled in accordance with IATA Temperature Control Regulations (TCR) and IATA Perishable Cargo Regulations (PCR).
The shipper must attach the IATA Time and Temperature Sensitive label to each package; any package without the label shall be rejected upon acceptance.
