There are three forms of editing:
β’ Structural β big picture
β’ Expression β making each sentence richer and clearer
β’ Line editing β proofreading
When finishing your writing finish by doing a line edit. Checking for spelling.
In real life, however, focus on the big picture editing β making sure that the text builds up to the ending and leaves the reader inspired.
