Step 6: Ban the Boring

There are three forms of editing:

β€’ Structural – big picture

β€’ Expression – making each sentence richer and clearer

β€’ Line editing – proofreading

When finishing your writing finish by doing a line edit. Checking for spelling.

In real life, however, focus on the big picture editing – making sure that the text builds up to the ending and leaves the reader inspired.
