Peer Editing
Peer Editing Tips
- - Be objective/ don’t take comments personally.
- - Use "I" statements. "I think you should" not "you should".
- - Give suggestions for improvements.
- - Tell why something worked or did not work for you.
- - Do not overlook grammar and spelling (good practice for revising your own work).
- - Someone should edit your work more than once. First round should focus more on content. Second round should focus more on grammar and mechanics.
