A consultation with an Educational Psychologist about a learner and their needs. 

You must be a member of an ACC School's Senior Leadership Team/Guidance Team, Health Visitor, or Social Worker to request an Individual EIC. It is important to read the Individual EIC Flyer (click here) ahead of your EIC to know what to expect from the process and to engage in any preparatory work. 

Please note: you must gain verbal parent/carer consent before requesting an Individual EIC you can direct parents here for information about the EIC process. Additionally, if the learner is 12+ years old, you must also gain their verbal consent ahead of the request and have gathered the learner's views (if appropriate) before attending an EIC - click here for our Gathering Learner Views topic page.

It is important to read the Systemic EIC Flyer (click here) ahead of your EIC to know what to expect from the process and to engage in any preparatory work.
