The following are the duties of the WJCL Parliamentarian^B2.4:

• Use Robert's Rules of Order to determine procedural questions
• maintain a current copy of the WJCL Constitution

For candidates, they must

• provide nomination papers for candidates
• credentials for each Chapter's Club Representative (what?)
• credentials for each Chapter's Voting Representative at the WJCL Convention

At state convention, they will preside over:

• the Amendment Meeting
• the Code of Conduct Meeting
• one General Assembly
• any other meetings pertaining to elections, the constitution, or amendments
