Amendments to the Bylaws
Bylaws can be amended at both monthly Board Meetings and State Convention

Any WJCL member may propose a bylaw amendment by sending it to the
Parliamentarian
for consideration

The initial versions of any proposed bylaw should be sent to all chapters at least 15 days prior to its attempted ratification

2/3 majorit
y of the
Executive Board
in favor (excluding votes of abstention)

simple majority
of the delegates in favor
