2 National Certamen

National Certamen tryouts are held in the summer in preparation for the NJCL National Convention. There are 3 levels: Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced, all of which must be tried out for.

In June, the 8 players who are registered as possible Certamen players for Wisconsin (in June) shall be chosen by a vote of the State Chairs.^C6.1

Then, 2 weeks before National Convention, the 4 players who will be the starters on each Wisconsin Certamen team will be chosen by a vote of the State Chairs.^C6.2
