Emergency Contact

How do I update Emergency Contact in Gateway?

1. Go to the web address https://wis.tg.esf.edu.hk.

2. Enter your parent account login name (in lower case) and password. Reset your password or email us at helpdesk@wis.edu.hk when you encounter problems logging-in to Gateway.

3. If you have successfully logged in to the Gateway,  click on your child's profile picture. 

4. Click the Student Demographics tile at the bottom of your child's picture.

5. Click the Emergency Contact button and then the submit change link.

6. You will be able to update your child's emergency contact. These are the people that will be contacted by the school in case the parent's cannot be reached. Fill-in the form with the changes on your emergency contact and click the Next button.

7. You will now be able to review the changes you made. Click Confirm to submit the change request or click Go Back and Edit if you need to make corrections or make more changes.

You will receive an email confirming your update request and the changes will be visible the following day. A staff member from West Island School or ESF will contact you by email or phone if any clarification is required.
