First-time Login Verification

What to do when logging-in to Gateway for the first time?

1. When you login to Gateway for the first-time, you will be asked to verify your child/children's information before being able to access the main page of Gateway.

2. Click Verify Now for each of the sections shown in the page.

3. A pop-up window will appear for the section you have clicked. Proceed to edit/update the information and submit. If there is no pop-up window, make sure that your browser has not blocked the page or that you are using the latest browsers like Google Chrome or Firefox. 

4. Click complete after verifying all the information. 

5. Opt-in to direct-marketing

7. You should now be able to see your child/children's profile and access the various links relating to your child/children.
