MAMIC Scholarship

Each year, The Missouri Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (MAMIC) awards several- $1000 scholarships to graduating Missouri high school juniors and seniors planning to attend a Missouri college, university, community college, or vocational school. In addition, MAMIC also awards 1 - $1000 scholarship to a current college student.

American Society of Mechanical Engineers Scholarship
Due Date: March 15, 2026
Award: $5,000
The ASME High School Scholarships are available for graduating High School (HS) seniors interested in pursuing engineering degrees. Students must be enrolled full-time in an ABET- accredited* or substantially equivalent** mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology program, no later than the fall after their senior year in high school. These awards will be for the first year of study (non-renewable).
The Hagan Scholarship (Spring)

Award: up to $7,500 (each semester for up to 8 consecutive semesters)
The Hagan Scholarship is a life-changing scholarship. The scholarship provides up $7,500 each semester for up to 8 consecutive semesters, providing recipients with the opportunity to graduate college debt-free. Recipients graduating college while in the Hagan Scholarship Program can apply to extend their scholarship for up to four additional semesters to attend graduate school.
Free workshops, Free Schwab Brokerage Accounts, and Free Study Abroad provide recipients with a practical understanding of important life skills not typically covered in the school curriculum.
Eligibility Requirements:
1. Must be a U.S. Citizen or have a Permanent Resident Card (Green Card).
2. Must attend a high school located in the United States. Can be a public, private, charter, magnet, or STEM school.
3. Must be in the high school graduating class.
4. Must have achieved a 3.50 Cumulative Grade Point Average.
5. Must enroll in an eligible four-year not-for-profit College or University the first semester following high school graduation.
6. Must maintain a four year or less graduation schedule in college, or complete the equivalent of a four year degree if in a professional program.
7. Recipients must work 240 hours from January 1, 2024 until commencement of the 2024 fall semester in college. Work can be performed at recipient discretion. Employment must be regularly scheduled work performed under supervision for compensation. Work can be full-time during the summer and/or part-time work.
8. Applicant’s Adjusted Gross Household Income reported for 2022 Federal Income Tax Purposes must not have exceeded $100,000. “Household Income” is defined as the total income received by all members of a household living under the same roof.
9. Applicants selected as Finalists must provide a copy of their FAFSA Submission Summary (FSS).
10. Must apply for Federal and State grants if eligible.
11. Must not have a felony conviction

Missouri 4_H Foundation

The Missouri 4-H Foundation is please to announce educational scholarships for 4-H youth and former 4-H members pursuing post-secondary study. One scholarship form permits the applicant to be considered for any available scholarship, subject to conditions specified by the donor.

Missouri Bankers Foundation Scholarship

The Missouri Bankers Foundation Scholarship Program is designed for graduating Missouri high school seniors who plan to pursue college studies in banking-related degree programs. These scholarships are made possible through the Willis W. Alexander Scholarship Fund and the John W. Rogers Memorial Scholarship Fund. Willis W. Alexander (1919-1985) was a career banker and a past president of both the American Bankers Association and MBA. Brothers John and James Rogers established the John W. Rogers Fund in 1997 in memory of their father, John W. Rogers, who was a career banker and past MBA president. These one-time $1,000 scholarships are awarded to seven Missouri high school students per year for first semester college tuition, books and fees.
Qualifications:
1. Applicants must be high school seniors who have exhibited academic achievement and/or economic need.
2. Students should be planning to enroll in a full-time course of study leading to a major in a field related to banking.
3. Applications must be submitted on the scholarship form or a photocopy of the form. Attachments must include an official transcript with ACT scores, two letters of recommendation and a resume of extracurricular activities.
4. The application form must be signed by an officer of a Missouri Bankers Association member bank.
5. The scholarship selection committee is the final and binding judge of scholarship recipients.

Howard Electric Lineman Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded annually to a student pursuing an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Electrical Distribution Systems at State Technical College of Missouri or at Ozarks Technical Community College. In Addition to fulfilling scholarship criteria, consideration is based on availability of funds.
Eligibility Requirements:
· Applicant should be enrolled as a first-year full-time student (12 hours minimum per semester) pursing an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Electrical Distribution Systems at State Technical College of Missouri.
· Applicant must have a home mailing address within Howard Electric’s service area, which is in Howard County or Randolph County south of Moberly. Does not have to be on Howard Electric’s lines.

Missouri Women's Golf Education Association (MWGEA) Scholarship
Deadline: March 14, 2026 (the 2nd Saturday in March each year)

The application will provide you with the information needed to apply for a College Scholarship through the Missouri Women’s Golf Education Association (MWGEA). The applicant must be a female residing in the state of Missouri. Applicant must be a United States Citizen. Deadline to submit the application is the second Saturday in March each year.
In 1997 The Missouri Women’s Golf Association (In 2017 they merged with the Missouri Golf Association) established the Missouri Women’s Golf Education Association, Inc. (MWGEA) as a Missouri not-for-profit corporation. The mission of the MWGEA is to grant scholarships to graduating high school women from Missouri, on one occasion per high school graduate.
The MWGEA encourages club and individual members of the MGA to participate in and contribute to fund raising endeavors.
Scholarships are given in recognition of overall high school records and community service. One of these scholarships has been named in honor of Mary Jane Landreth in recognition of her generous contributions to the MWGEA, Inc. In addition to the MWGEA, Inc. scholarships, the Shepherd Foundation of St. Louis, Missouri donates one or more scholarships to the MWGEA, Inc. These scholarship known as the Susan E. Shepherd Memorial Scholarships are awarded by the MWGEA, Inc.
ELIGIBILITY
If you are already receiving a full collegiate scholarship, you are not eligible. The value of the award alone or in combination with other aid, shall not exceed the value of a full grant-in-aid. Disbursement of the scholarship will be made to the college or university for the recipient’s educational expenses when she attends that institution. The choice of institution shall not be restricted by this Association. All scholarships will be awarded by MWGEA, Inc.

Missouri Association of Rural Education (MARE)

This scholarship program offered by MARE is open to graduating high school seniors of MARE member school districts. Applicants must have indicated plans to pursue a degree in education. Only senior students from MARE member school districts are eligible to apply.
Over the past two years, MARE, with support from EdCounsel, LLC has provided fifty-five (55) $500.00 scholarships to graduating high school seniors from all over the state. Information for this program is available below. This information will be provided to all Missouri High School Counselors as well.

The Sam Richardson Memorial Scholarship

Sam Richardson was a long-time teacher and coach in the Moberly School District, and was serving as the Director of the Moberly Area Technical Center until his death on July 31, 2021. This scholarship was established in his memory to assist MATC students with their educational needs.

Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc. – Thomas Hill Power Plant is offering six $1,500 scholarships to graduating seniors from our local area high schools that best meet the scholarship requirements. An application form listing the criteria and deadline is attached.
A committee will determine the recipients and alternates. The money will be forwarded to the student upon receipt of verification of his/her enrollment in the school they will be attending in the fall. The student MUST be attending the fall semester and may not wait to claim their scholarship money for the spring.

Macon Electric Foundation Scholarship

The Macon Electric Foundation awards 8-$500 scholarships in May of each year. Scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors from any of the public high schools in the Macon Electric Cooperative and PWSD #1 of Macon County service areas, as well as homeschooled students.
Eligibility:
Recipients must permanently reside in the Macon Electric Cooperative service area.
Recipients’ parent/guardian must be signed up for Operation Round Up on at least one Macon Electric or PWSD of Macon County account.
Recipients must plan to attend an accredited college, university, or other postsecondary institution (trade or technical) within the United States
Recipients must demonstrate evidence of financial need.

Mizzou Alpha Gamma Rho (Popp-McBee) and Sigma Alpha Scholarship (2026 Deadline has not been posted yet)

Award: Varies
Alpha Gamma Rho and Sigma Alpha have partnered to create these one-time annual scholarships, which include six scholarships that will be awarded to three men and three women. $4,000 will be awarded in the way of two $1,000 scholarships and four $500 scholarships. These scholarships will not be renewed each semester, and they are for school expenses from the University of Missouri. Ideal applicants are seniors in high school planning to attend the University of Missouri-Columbia in the fall of 2025.

MO Farm Bureau Foundation Vocational Scholarship
Deadline: March 31, 2026
Award: $500
The Missouri Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture will award four – $500 scholarships to students pursuing appropriate certification in fields related to and supportive of agriculture. This includes, but is not limited to: 1) Heavy Equipment Operations; 2) Electronics; 3) Welding; and 4) Diesel and Farm Machinery Repair. NOTE: Students pursuing a 4-year degree are not eligible.
This program is a service to Farm Bureau members thus all applicants, their parent(s), or guardian must hold an active membership in Missouri Farm Bureau.
Each recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student starting the fall semester of the year in which the scholarship is awarded.
Applicants must be a student in good academic standing and have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Students who are currently enrolled in the program, or students graduating from high school, may make application for the scholarship
Applicants must be:
Missouri residents and they, their parent(s) or guardians must hold a current Farm Bureau membership.
Enrolled as a full-time student.
Enrolled for the fall semester of the year in which the scholarship is awarded.
Pursuing an associate of applied science degree or certification in a trade related to agriculture as listed above.
Those receiving their high school credentials through General Educational Development (GED) must be in the upper 50 percentile rank score in respect to the population of high school seniors across the United States on a standardized high school equivalency exam.
All applicants must submit 1) a letter of recommendation from a school official (teacher, counselor, or administrator); 2) a letter of personal reference; 3) a letter of recommendation from an employer or work supervisor (if applicable); 4) and a copy of the high school transcript or GED Certificate.
Neither members of the State Board of Directors, employees of Missouri Farm Bureau and Affiliates nor their children are eligible for this scholarship.
Stipulations
Upon accepting the scholarship, the student agrees to remain enrolled on a full-time basis, attend classes regularly, and maintain a satisfactory academic standing. The recipient must allow their name to be published in local newspapers and the Missouri Farm Bureau Show-Me Magazine.

Charles E. Kruse Agricultural Scholarship

The Charles E. Kruse Scholarship was established to honor this outstanding agricultural leader. Mr. Kruse, a 4th generation farmer from Stoddard County, served in leadership roles throughout his career including President of the Missouri Farm Bureau from 1992-2010. He also served as Director of the Missouri Department of Agriculture and Chief Executive Officer for the North American Equipment Dealers Association.

Kezian Science Scholarship

The Dr. Arthur A. Kezian DDS Science Scholarship will be awarding $1,200 to help deserving science students. Applicants are required to be high school seniors to graduate students in university, majoring in a science field and pursuing advanced education.
Applications will be reviewed by our scholarship committee and will be awarded based on academic merit, community service, and financial need.
