*If it is determined that a placement must end due to changes in cooperating teacher or teacher candidate circumstances, conflict of interest in cooperating teacher/teacher candidate pair, or other, the Clinical Placement Coordinator will work with Licensure Program Lead to go through steps in the process to identify a new placement.
