Ingredients:
4 apples
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp butter
If desire you can add pinch of cranberry
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
The secret of this recipe is to mix the eggs and sugar really well. Use an electric mixer, set on high speed, and mix at least 3 min until mixture lightens and increases in volume. Add flour and mix thoroughly with mixer set on medium.
Wash apples, remove core and cut them into small pieces. Take cooking pan and spread butter over the bottom. Then add all apples and cover with egg-flour mixture. The apples should be completely covered. Put in the oven and bake for 35-40 min. As soon as the apple pie is covered with a golden crust, check the readiness of the pie with a toothpick.
