Filling:
5 Tablespoons toasted black sesame seed (80g)
3 Tablespoons toasted peanuts (40g)
3 Tablespoons toasted sesame (40g)
2 Tablespoons lard (30g)
1 ½ Tablespoons butter (25g)
4 Tablespoons brown sugar (70g)
Dough:
2/3 cup glutinous rice flour (150g)
½ cup water (120g)
2 teaspoons sugar (10g)
Directions:
1.Take the butter to room temperature and until it changes to soft.
2.Pour the black sesame, peanuts, sesame, and brown sugar into the food processor. Blend them well.
3.Add the lard and the butter into the food processor and blend 20 second.
4.Put filling into refrigerator and wait for an hour.
5.Put the glutinous rice flour, and sugar into a large bowl. Add water to the bowl and make them into a dough.
6.Take filling out of refrigerator and cut it into 20 pieces. Make the filling pieces into the filling balls.
7.Cut the dough into 20 pieces. Take one piece of dough and make it thin in circle. Put one filling ball on the thin dough piece, and make it into a ball. Make all dumplings.
8.Add water to a large pot and bring to boil. Put all the dumplings into the pot and boil them for 20 minutes. Serve dumplings into bowls.
