Ingredients:
fresh apples - 3.
butter for forms
Wheat flour - 160 grams
sugar - 210 grams
egg - 3.
Directions:
1. Cut apples into thin slices.
2. Lay apples into oiled and floured form.
1. Shall pound eggs and add sugar gradually, beating until sugar dissolves.
2. Add flour, mix and quickly spill on the apples
3. Bake at 210° C for 20 minutes.
4. Ready cake out onto a plate and cool.
