Ingredient:
1 piece of ginger root as big as a walnut
3 teaspoons of soy sauce
40 ml of water
1 tilapia fillet
Directions:
1. Put the tilapia fillet in a pan.
2. Cut the ginger root into pieces and cover the fillet with ginger root pieces.
3. Pour the soy sauce over the fillet.
4. Pour water into the pan. Try not to pour the water over the fish directly so the soy sauce can be sucked into the fish.
5. Put the lid of the pan on and cook it for 3 – 5 min.
