Ingredients:
1 bag of shredded coconut
1 cup milk
8 teaspoons sugar
8 teaspoons corn starch
6 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons cream
Directions:
Prepare a glass container with some shredded coconut on the surface
Mix corn starch with 80ml milk
Put the cream, sugar and the rest of milk in the pan and boil them
Add the mixture of corn starch and milk into the pan
Stir to boil and turn off the heat
Pour the liquid into the container
Add some shredded coconut on the top and cover it
Put the container in the refrigerator for 5 hours
Remove the container and cut into small cubes
Serve
