500 grams of mozzarella cheese 3 cups of Water

Preparation
Mix the corn flour, with water until the dough forms.
Prepare the quesillo or mozzarella cheese until there are no lumps.
Make an omelet, place the quesillo or mozzarella cheese in the center, pat it to a medium tortilla.
● It is optional if you want to use the chicharrón, beans ground with the quesillo to the center of the tortilla.
● Place them on a griddle until the cheese is cooked and the tortilla comes out.
