Watch these shorts for inspiration
Do the basic tutorials for premiere if you already know the basics you can skip this, also there are tutorials for animation and compositing as well if you are more drawn to that.
Make a short 30sec-1 min film that tells a story (this can be anything but since we are restricted to our homes and isolated areas, maybe think about how that can tie into your narrative?), this can be animation, stop motion, live action, or a mixture of mediums.
Upload to youtube or vimeo, post the video via embed link to your blog and post a link to your blog in the slack channel.
Watch everyone's video and using the thread feature in slack write a line of feedback on their video.
Think on this. I am pushing it back a week and we will do presentations during finals period.
