Mr. Ho's teaching practice is always current, research-based, and effective. He employs a range of high-impact instructional practices to meet the diverse learning needs of all students in his Math Fusion classroom. He also incorporates coding activities and project-based learning & assessment in the math courses that he teaches to provide his students with an opportunity for inclusive, interdisciplinary, and equitable learning. In addition, he and his colleague, Mr. Karim, invented the idea of 21st century assessment reporting that would resolve challenges in the assessment system that primarily uses levels and then converts levels to a numerical grade for reporting purposes.

In addition, Mr. Ho works with his colleagues (e.g., ACL of Student Success and Numeracy, ACL of Student Success and Literacy, LP's librarian, and other Math teachers) to develop Indigenous Math activities for LPCI Math students to work on. He also works with the Student Success team at LPCI to support students with numeracy. Furthermore, he works with the vice principal and other Grade 9 teachers at LPCI to plan, organize, and administer the Grade 9 Math EQAO assessment.

Teachers with 25 Years of Service at TDSB
The Math department at LP has two Math teachers who have served in TDSB for over 25 years. They are Ursula McDonnell and Jessica Cherny Halford, and they both received a 25-year-of-service pin from TDSB for their dedicated hard work.
Ursula McDonnell received a 25-year-of-service pin from TDSB in November 2023.
Jessica Cherny Halford received a 25-year-of-service pin from TDSB in February 2024.
