Mr. Ho's Teaching Experience
Mr. Ho has many years of successful teaching experience in high school Mathematics. At LPCI, he has taught many Math courses such as:
MTH1W1 (Grade 9 De-streamed Mathematics)
MPM2D3 (Grade 10 Enriched Mathematics)
MCR3U1 (Grade 11 Functions)
MHF4U1 (Grade 12 Advanced Functions)
MCV4U1 (Grade 12 Calculus and Vectors)
MDM4U1 (Grade 12 Mathematics of Data Management)
Mr. Ho is best known for his innovative teaching method, Mr. Ho's Math Fusion, which combines traditional direct instruction with part of Dr. Peter Liljedahl's "Building Thinking Classrooms" teaching philosophy and part of the Flipped Classroom Model within his daily Math lesson to help improve his students' Math problem-solving skills and their overall classroom learning experiences. Many of his students like his innovative teaching style and enjoy being in his class.
