To register for the On-Demand Batch Update software, send an email to support@simplyrfid.com containing your WAWF user ID and a list of email addresses that will receive status reports of your Receiving Report Pack Update files.
You will receive an email containing the connection information once we've activated your account on our server.
Complete your Receiving Report or Combo document in the WAWF as normal.
On the "Pack" tab of your Receiving Report, be sure to check the box marked "Pack Later".
Use On-Demand to create your Receiving Report Pack Update file. Click the Pack Update tab on the left side of the screen.
Begin a new document by clicking File > New. This will clear out your existing data and start you off with a blank template for a new shipment.
On the Contract Information tab in On-Demand enter the required contract information. It is important that you type each piece exactly as it exists in your receiving report in the WAWF. You will need to enter your CAGE code, WAWF User ID, Contract Number, Delivery Number, Shipment Number and Estimated Delivery Date.
Use the "Bulk Load" tab to quickly enter your RFID tags. Enter your starting Case/Container RFID tag number and the total number of cases/containers in the shipment. Optionally enter your starting Pallet RFID tag number and total cases/containers that are loaded on each pallet. If your shipment is not loaded onto pallets do not enter any information in those fields. Enter the CLIN (contract line item) and CLIN Quantity - these values will be assigned to each case/container/pallet RFID tag created. If you need to modify this information you will be allowed to do so after you have created the pack data by clicking on the "Generate Pack Data" button.
You can select one or more tags to quickly modify or delete RFID tags. Hold down the "Ctrl" key to select multiple tags.
Double click an item, or click the Edit button to modify the CLIN or CLIN quantity. You can change individual pallet or case/carton RFID tags by selecting a single RFID tag from the list above.
Once you have your RFID tags created you can transmit the Receiving Report Pack Update file by selecting "File - Transmit File" from the menu. This will display the Server Connection Settings dialog.
An e-mail will automatically be sent shortly afterwards to inform you if we were able deliver your Receiving Report Pack Update file to WAWF. Please make sure you read this e-mail.
