Steps for calibrating the Zebra R110Xi

1. Load paper and ribbons

   1. Begin by ensuring that both your labels and ribbons are properly loaded. View our paper loading guide, and ribbon loading guide for instructions.

2. Close the printhead and pause the printer

• 1. Ensure that the print head is closed and that the printer is currently paused. If the pause light on the front of the printer is not on, press the Pause button on the front of the printer.

3. Press the Calibrate button

• 1. Press the calibrate button to begin calibration. The printer will feed several labels before stopping. You can later open the printhead and roll all the labels back to reduce waste.

4. Check for error conditions

• 1. Once your printer finishes calibrating, ensure that there are no error lights on and that the tear-off area of your labels are aligned with the cutting edge of the printer.
