Wilson Fly Fishing Club

The Wilson Fly Fishing Club 2018-19

No experience with fishing or fly fishing is needed.

The Club Activities include :

• Fly Fishing gear discussions and demonstrations.

• Fly Fishing methods

• Fly Tying

• Conservation discussions and opportunities, including membership in the environmental group, Tulpehocken Trout Unlimited ( TU), Teen TU

• The science of streams

• Fish Identification

• Helping with Trout in the Classroom ( at Southern and West)

• Videos.

The club meets once per month after school and occasionally during school, during the Bulldog Period. Meetings are in room E420.

There will also be opportunities to attend TU events, like Trout in the Classroom trout releases and general meetings with presenters.
