Course Selection Guide

Every year beginning in the late winter and continuing into the early spring, the guidance counselors meet individually with every student in grades 8-11 to submit their course requests for the following school year. (Parents are invited, but not required, to attend these meetings.)

Our course selection booklet has been produced to better prepare both students and parents for the educational decisions they have to make. Please take the time to carefully read the course descriptions and feel free to consult counselors, teachers, and administrators for advice. Try to choose courses that will not only satisfy your graduation requirements, but also open up future possibilities for you once you leave Pierson.
