Mint

Mint is friendly with many foods, notably peas, eggplant (fried eggplant dressed with toasted sesame, mint and honey is a Spanish classic), several different alcohols (Mint Julep, Mohito, etc.), fish and game, and tomatoes. It also finds its way into homemade ice cream and jellies.
