Broccoli Raab

Essentially fancy Italian turnip greens, broccoli raab is one of our favorites for it's versatility. It's good with sausage and ricotta on a pizza or in a calzone. It's excellent blanched, drained, and chopped with roasted peppers and walnuts in pasta. It makes an admirable stuffing for ravioli and is also good stir-fried. You may also substitute it for kale or spinach in nearly any cooked recipe.
